Minutemen Defense LLC is committed to processing and shipping orders in a lawful, organized, and responsible manner. This Shipping Policy explains how firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products are shipped, along with important customer responsibilities before placing an order.
By placing an order with Minutemen Defense LLC, you agree to the shipping procedures, restrictions, and compliance requirements outlined below.
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 to 10 business days. Orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the product, destination, carrier requirements, and fulfillment source.
Tracking numbers are available for items shipped through UPS and FedEx. Customers should review their order information carefully before checkout to help prevent delays caused by incorrect shipping details, incomplete information, or compliance-related issues.
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to anyone who does not hold an active Federal Firearms License. Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder near you.
Minutemen Defense LLC may contact and verify the FFL selected during checkout before shipping any firearm. Customers are encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before purchase to confirm that the dealer will accept the transfer and to understand any requirements the dealer may have.
Customers are responsible for selecting a valid receiving FFL and completing any required transfer steps with that dealer.
Customers must meet all applicable age requirements before purchasing ammunition. You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
All ammunition is shipped ground with adult signature required. Customers are responsible for making sure they purchase the correct ammunition for their specific firearm and for checking all federal, state, and local laws before placing an order.
All sales of ammunition are final.
Accessories and related products are subject to applicable federal, state, and local shipping laws. Some accessories may be restricted in certain locations, and certain state or local regulations may prevent Minutemen Defense LLC from completing a shipment.
Customers are responsible for confirming that any accessory or related product they order can be legally shipped to and possessed in their location before placing an order.
Minutemen Defense LLC charges a $14 flat shipping rate for orders under $500. Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping charges may vary only if otherwise required by the order, carrier, product type, or applicable shipping rules. Customers should review all order details before completing checkout.
Due to state and local regulations, Minutemen Defense LLC is unable to ship ammunition, firearms, or accessories to the following locations:

Minutemen Defense LLC cannot guarantee a refund if an order is placed in violation of applicable regulations.
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to their purchase. This includes laws related to firearms, ammunition, accessories, age requirements, possession, shipping, and transfer procedures.
Minutemen Defense LLC may refuse, cancel, delay, or otherwise decline to complete a shipment when required by law, carrier policy, compliance review, or shipping restrictions.
Minutemen Defense LLC works to process orders quickly. Because of high order volume and fast turnaround times, cancellations or refunds cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. If an order is eligible for cancellation, Minutemen Defense LLC will attempt to redirect it back to the warehouse. If the order cannot be redirected, a refund cannot be issued.
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds and returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis only. Approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
If a return is approved, a return label will be emailed to the customer. Customers must follow the applicable FedEx, USPS, or UPS instructions for package labeling and shipping.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for damage. After inspection, the refund will be issued less the restocking fee and shipping charges.
Minutemen Defense LLC may update this Shipping Policy as needed to reflect changes in shipping procedures, carrier requirements, business operations, or federal, state, and local regulations.
Updated versions of this policy become effective when posted on the website. Continued purchases through the website indicate acceptance of the current Shipping Policy.
